Winnipeg Harvest shares food with more than 340 agencies including food banks, soup kitchens, and youth programs, in order to distribute surplus food to hungry families all over Manitoba.
For every $1 we receive at Winnipeg Harvest, we are able to pick up and deliver $20 worth of groceries.
Winnipeg Harvest's Hunger for Hope program provides emergency infant formula to an average of 1,600 babies each month, but there is never enough formula to meet the needs of children living in poverty. It costs Winnipeg Harvest $200,000 a year just to purchase formula.

For food assistance, please call us at (204) 982-3660. Our volunteer phone operators will help you make an appointment at a Winnipeg food bank near you. We help anyone who asks us for food - we only require that you provide a Manitoba medical card number
